Chrome Extension
When YouTube captions do not load, use the NoBrainner Chrome extension on a computer. Capture the part you want, then review it in Video Practice and turn useful lines into video flashcards.
The simple flow
No technical knowledge needed. Follow the highlighted action in each step.
This extension works in Chrome on a computer, not on phones. Open NoBrainner in another tab. In Chrome, click the puzzle-piece Extensions icon—or the three dots ⋮ in the top-right—open NoBrainner, then click Connect NoBrainner.
Connect the account used by Video Practice.
Open the video, choose Language you hear and Your language, then click Capture audio in the extension.

Start at any point—even halfway through a long video. The extension captures from that exact moment.
Waiting for YouTube playback…
Click Stop, then click Open Video Practice. Review the lines, save the video, and make video flashcards when you find a useful part.
