Use the email below for copyright, DMCA, and takedown requests about shared decks, shared videos, subtitles, transcripts, audio, images, or other user-uploaded content on NoBrainner.

- Only upload, paste, transcribe, import, or share content that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to use.
- This includes Anki decks, card media, images, audio, subtitles, transcripts, translated captions, and content connected to YouTube or other video links.
- NoBrainner is a study tool and does not grant rights to third-party videos, subtitles, courses, books, images, music, or deck material.
What we may remove
- We may remove, restrict, unpublish, or disable access to shared decks, shared videos, captions, transcripts, media, or account features when we believe content may infringe rights or violate our terms.
- We may remove cached or derived copies where practical, but imported copies, backups, logs, or copies already saved by other users may take additional time to address.
- Repeated copyright violations may lead to limits, suspension, or termination of the account.
How to send a takedown request
- Identify the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- Identify the NoBrainner material to review, including share links, deck names, video practice titles, URLs, account details, screenshots, or any information that helps us locate it.
- Include your name, organization if any, email address, mailing address if applicable, and a statement that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and that your notice is accurate.
- Include your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
- If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have rights to use the content, contact us using the same email.
- Include the removed material, your account email, why you believe removal was mistaken, and any information showing your rights or permission.
- We may request more information before restoring content, and we may decline restoration where we believe there is legal, safety, privacy, or platform risk.
YouTube and third-party services
- When you use YouTube links or third-party subtitle/audio tools with NoBrainner, you are responsible for following those services terms and copyright rules.
- NoBrainner does not tell users to infringe copyright or bypass platform restrictions.
- If you upload audio, captions, or transcripts for study, you are responsible for having the right to process that material.
- YouTube services are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and third-party integrations may use cookies subject to the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
